Important: The following amendments to the particulars and conditions of sale should be noted, as they will form part of the contract.  Copies of the Special Conditions of Sale for each lot are available from the Contracts Desk and will be attached to the contracts.  On the fall of the gavel a representative from Halifax Estate Agents will take you to the Contracts Desk to exchange contracts.  A 10% deposit (minimum £2,000) will be payable by either cheque, debit or credit card (if paying by credit card a £25 transaction charge will apply), cash, or bankers draft and will be required together with 2 forms of identification (UK drivers licence, passport, utility bill).  Completion will be 14 or 28 days from the date of the auction – please consult the Special Conditions of Sale relating to each Lot.
